  • We use purified water systems to safely reach up to 6 floors — no lifts, no ladders against cladding. Regular exterior maintenance (1–2 times per year) keeps your building sharp and protects glass from mineral buildup over time. Interior cleaning available on request.

    • Non-biological deposits, stickers, construction residue, and hard water scale are not included — see exclusions below

    Note This is a maintenance clean, not a deep clean. Designed to keep a building looking its best 1–2 times per year — not to catch up on years of neglect. Buildings requiring restoration work require an on-site assessment.

  • The following are NOT included in base pricing:

    • Post-construction cleaning: Plaster, paint overspray, tape residue etc

    • Glass restoration: hard water stain removal

    Important note Standard rates cover typical environmental grime, biological buildup, and small stickers.

    Taxes All prices are subject to applicable GST and QST.

    Payments and billing For your convenience and transparent bookkeeping, we prefer digital payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Interac e-transfer. While we prefer to avoid cash to simplify tax management, we can be flexible if needed.

    In most cases, payment is due upon completion of the work. For commercial clients and condo syndicates, payment terms can be adapted to your organization's requirements.
